Calculus I, Fall 2007

The main page of the lecture. It contains, among other things, a course overview (read this first!), a syllabus, exam sheets, introduction to Webwork, info on grading. You ought to be familiar with whatever is written here.

The recitations are on Fridays, every week. There are three sections, which meet at these times and rooms: We write a quiz essentially every week, at the end of the class. These count toward the final grade, with the exception of the two lowest scores.

My office hours are: Mondays, 12:00-1:30 PM at the Levin building, room 254. If you can't make it to my office hours, you may also drop in to other sections' office hours.

The REVIEW SESSION before the midterm will be between 5:15 and 6:45pm, October 8, at Lucy Stone Hall, room A143.

We are following the syllabus on the above lecture website. In particular, the suggested homework problems are considered to be automatically assigned to you every week. During the recitations we discuss some of these, especially the ones somebody had problems with.
