Below are instructions on how to obtain Rutcor Research Reports
electronically for reports submitted after January, 1993.  Abstracts
of all available RRRs are in the proper subdirectories described
below.  If you have any questions, please write to
rrr@rutcor.rutgers.edu.  Please check the directories periodically for
new submissions.  Updated lists are periodically sent out over DMANET.


I. 	HOW TO OBTAIN AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF RRRs

	RRRs submitted after January, 1993 are available electronically to 
	read or to print onto a local printer.  You may obtain an RRR, 
	by following the following this procedure:

		a) From your computer account, type "ftp rutcor.rutgers.edu".
		b) When prompted for a username, type "anonymous".
		c) When prompted for a password, type your username.
		d) When successfully into ftp, type "cd pub/rrr/reportsxx", 
		   where xx is the year the RRR was submitted.  For example,
		   all 1993 RRRs are in /reports93.
		e) All RRRs are listed by their number.  To transfer the
		   RRR, type "get xx.ps.gz", where xx is the number
		   you want.  This file was compressed using "gzip".
		f) To exit, type "quit".
		g) To uncompress your file, type "gunzip xx.ps".  If your
		   system does not support this command, send email to
		   "rrr@rutcor.rutgers.edu" and a postscript file will
	           be sent to you.

	RRRs from previous years will be available electronically if authors
	submit them in the form of a LaTex document file.
