All participants are requested to register by sending the organizers their name, affiliation, postal address, fax and telephone numbers, and their email addresses. In view of space limitations, registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

The registration fee is $200 ($50 for students) until May 20, 1999, and $300 ($75 for students) after that date.

Registration fees are payable in U.S. currency, by mailing to the conference address either a check drawn on a U.S. bank, or an American Express Travellers check. Checks are to be made payable to RUTCOR, Rutgers University, should include sender's signature, and if possible, should be mailed insured.

In order to satisfy the prepayment requirements of the housing units, refunds will not be issued after June 22, 1999. If a cancellation request reaches DO'99 before June 22, 1999, 50% of deposits will be refunded.

Titles and abstracts (up to 2 pages long) of contributed papers should be sent by email, fax or regular mail to the workshop address. Relevant contributions will be accepted until all slots are filled.
